The Human Centered Design method of Design Thinking is used to make complex design challenges more tangible.

Get to know your target audience and explore the chances and opportunities regarding the design challenge.

After brainstorming, multiple concepts are established. After testing the concepts, one will be chosen.

The interactive prototype gets thoroughly tested with the user to see if the product meets all the Requirements.

Research is done and will lead to "Requirements" that will serve as the main foundation for the rest of the process.

The chosen concept will be translated to a testable interactive prototype after lots of wireframing and testing.

All the steps will have user testing. Based on these results, other steps of the process can be repeated when necessary.
